+Xiveer is a half-dragon (that is, half-elf, half-dragon). He is rather tall and has short, black hair. Like some half-dragons, he has some green scaling around his face and neck and arms. He also has a set of horns, although the direction they grew makes it very difficult for him to wear hats. While working in the shop, he wears a brown overcoat, sometimes accompanying the attire with a tie. At other times, he sticks to casual clothing. He has brown eyes.

+Leena Severis is Xiveer's long-suffering wife. Although she does sometimes wonder what caused her to marry him in the first place, she does love him, and she will do what it takes to keep him and her family from falling apart.
